Angela is the founding director of transformation and leadership consultancy 3rdi.  She is passionate about facilitating personal, organisational and social change. She is a catalyst for innovation and problem solving and excels in bridging the gap in performance and behaviour at all levels.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Certified Master Coach with the Behavioural Coaching Institute. She has spent over 14 years working in finance, strategy, risk, change and management consulting roles for Organisations such as the Colonial Group, United Energy, Medibank Private and Shell Asia Pacific. She is also a speaker and business writer for various industry and business groups.

Angela is passionate about supporting social change, she is one of a small number of Australians to have completed the ‘Leadership for Profound Innovation and Change’ workshop facilitated by Otto Scharmer, from MIT, in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

Her insightful knowledge of business and human behaviour enables Angela to uncover core underlying issues that hold back potential. Her coaching and dialogue approach enables leaders to go beyond limits and connect to deeper levels of innate creativity and wisdom. Angela’s aim is to support and empower those seeking to step up and “be” the change they seek in their lives, organisations and communities.
