Janet is deeply committed to enabling leaders to embody the qualities of authentic global leadership.

She is a ‘wisdom worker’ who is accessing and assimilating her soul wisdom with her thirty years of experience as a corporate executive, business consultant, corporate trainer and leadership educator, facilitator and executive coach. She is seeking to create new ways of learning, leading and being that contribute towards transforming current power structures to shape the new world of the 21st century.

Janet enables leaders and teams to enhance their intentionality, mindfulness and consciousness through empowering them to:

Janet completed the ‘Leadership for Profound Innovation and Change’ workshop facilitated by Otto Scharmer, from MIT, in Boston, Massachusetts, USA in 2006. Since then she has collaborated with others to evolve the key concepts, principles and techniques of the Presencing utilising the ‘Theory U’ to raise the levels of consciousness in organisations.

She uses ‘Theory U’ as the foundation and intellectual basis for building customised public and executive team retreat and coaching processes. She infuses this with the latest and most relevant leading edge leadership and metaphysical concepts, principles and techniques to create the ‘sacred space’ that results in unique and transformational experiences. These enable leaders and teams to ‘step up’ and become authentically powerful global leaders.

Janet has recently created www.thegloballeadershipretreat.com a collaborative initiative and partnership with the 3rdi and the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University. It supports leaders to ‘be the change’ so that they can respond powerfully to the unprecedented challenges arising within their lives and organisations with the intensification of global change and uncertainty.

Janet is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and is qualified as NLP Practitioner, Trainer and Executive Coach. She has also completed the Training to Train and the Goal Achievers Programs with Dr Stephanie Burns and holds tertiary qualifications in Marketing and Workplace Assessment, Training and Development. Janet is accredited to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC and the LSI, LI, GSI and the OCI as well as the Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) through Richard Barrett and Associates and the EI tool through Genos.
